What we collect
When you request a free site check, we receive the website address you enter, your email address and anything you choose to add (hosting type or a message). We also see your IP address for a short time, stored only as a one-way hash, to stop automated abuse of the form.
Why we use it
Only to run the check you asked for and to reply to you about it. We don't sell, rent or share your details with marketers, and we don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
What the check looks at
Only what your site shows publicly to any visitor — for example server headers, the PHP version where it is exposed, and the versions of your CMS and plugins. We never try to log in, and we never run attacks or exploit code against your site.
Where it is stored
- Our business inbox (Zoho Mail), where the request arrives.
- A copy on our web hosting account (Hostinger), kept outside the public website, so no request gets lost.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your request within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep what we need to provide the service and our invoices.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads its fonts from our own server rather than a third party.
Your choices
Email hello@wordprex.com at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
